Autonomous technology is poised to transform several aspects of how we go about our daily lives, but the conceptual fire department vehicle is intended to provide us a glimpse into how it will likely make our world far safer. Designed by Daniel Pokorný, the vehicle is a first-response solution that would keep human firefighters out of harm's way and extinguish flames as quickly as possible. The system is equipped with a drone that could fly around a building to locate trapped people inside, while also pinpointing the best approach to fighting the flames.

 

The conceptual fire department vehicle is imagined for the year 2042, and is equipped with a fireproof exterior, indestructible tires, a large water tank and more.
