The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority has prepared a busy program for its summer camp in Dubai's public libraries, to enrich the imaginations of young people during the summer vacation during the period from 1 to 28 August.
This library seeks to build an educated generation with creative skills in several fields. The camp seeks to develop the capabilities of young people through a series of workshops, reading sessions and handicrafts targeting young people in two categories: the first from 5 to 9 years old, and the second from 11 to 15 years old.
Over the course of four weeks, library patrons are waiting for an innovative journey out of the summer vacation routine, within an entertaining and cultural atmosphere that transforms library branches into an entertaining place where young people discover their abilities, unleash their energies and spend enjoyable and useful times together. The Director of the Department of Library Affairs, Iman Al Hammadi, confirmed that these activities are an integral part of the library's strategy in supporting an ecosystem that encourages the development of talents and inspires the rising generation of creativity and innovation.
"Dubai Culture" always seeks to enhance the cultural and creative environment in the emirate to consolidate its position on the global cultural arena.
