Tabuk’s northern region has been affected by a polar wave since Friday morning, with snow covering most of the wild and mountainous areas and Haql governate’s Jabal Al-Lawz, Al-Daher and Alqan mountains.

The northern region is a popular tourist destination, with visitors from around the Kingdom visiting to enjoy the beautiful areas covered in snow and share pictures on social media. Government bodies increased their presence on the roads due to heavy traffic. They have set up a comprehensive emergency plan in accordance with directives from the region’s governor.
