The Al-Ahsa Governorate Municipality has completed its comprehensive plan for Al-Aqeer Beach, which contains promising investment opportunities in tourism, entertainment, and housing, and will be presented after completing its regular procedures in partnership with the Eastern Region Development Authority, while the concerned departments in the Municipality continue to implement many infrastructure projects.

 

The project is located in the eastern part of Al-Uqair Beach, with an area of 80 thousand square meters, with a capacity of more than 3 thousand visitors per day, that is, approximately one million visitors during the year, as it contains recreational and sports activities that serve the segments of society, including areas for solarium, Swimming, meditation and relaxation, events, sites for kayaking, beach volleyball, cafes, points of sale, and international restaurants, as it is expected that the standard beach project will be available to its visitors during the second quarter of the next year 2021.
