Google’s Duplex AI system is now able to book hair cut appointments for users. Duplex AI has initially showcased a number of years ago, and it can now book appointments. The AI appointment booking system will have to state that it is recording the call and is automated. If the person does not want to be recorded Duplex AI can pass off the call to the user.

 

Users can make appointments by telling the AI assistant preferred times, as well as how they like their hair to cut.

 

Duplex AI was originally created as a business tool to reach out to customers online. However, it could also be helpful by talking to customers, freeing up capacity for other employees.
