Light Upon Light includes thirty masterpieces of light art divided into four sectional "rays" that scan light as an artistic medium: "Light Perception", "Light Test", "Light Show" and "Environmental Light". Each ray of time blends and unites well-known artists of diverse geographic origins.
From immersive installation to video and sculpture, visitors to Light Upon Light will experience an exhibition rich in light in all of its spatial and sensory phenomena. This historical display of light art is a pioneering event for culture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
All you have to do is purchase a ticket in advance only, and entry is restricted to the times mentioned on it, for health and safety.
The exhibition began on March 18 and will continue until June 12, 2021 at King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD)
